Because at Anglian we’re always trying our best to ‘Raise The Standard’ for our customers, we thought it would be best to let you know what times our helpful call centre staff at our Head Office in Norwich, are open to help you with any of your problems.

• Today                     – 8 am to 2 pm
• Christmas Eve     – 9 am to 2 pm
• Christmas Day     – CLOSED (Merry Christmas!)
• Boxing Day           – CLOSED
• 27th December   – 9 am to 5 pm
• 28th December   – 9 am to 5 pm
• 29th December   – 8 am to 9 pm
• 30th December   – 8 am to 9 pm
• New Years Eve    – 9 am to 2 pm
• New Years Day    – CLOSED (Happy New Year!)
• 2nd January        – 9 am to 8 pm
