Anglian Sales Force Take On The Rapids
Anglian Home Improvements are always looking for ways to raise the standard of every area of the business, including our staff’s team work and co-operation. One regional sales manager decided to try a team building exercise with a difference, a white water rafting day at Lea Valley Whiter Water Centre, Waltham Abbey.
On Sunday 16th the team took themselves to the Centre, which will be an Olympic venue for the 2012, to help boost his team’s mental and physical skills to get them to work better as a team. What better way than through white water rafting, where you have to be alert, balanced, a strong communicator, a listener and physically prepared to get to the bottom without capsizing.
John Cottee, Ian Major and Bryan Tomlin were a few of the brave participants who took on this exhilarating challenge with the rest of their team. Ian said, “It was a great experience along and would recommend to others to try!”
