The first Popera poll has arrived and the following videos have been selected to be in with an opportunity of winning some fantastic prizes:

    I would pay to hear Hayley’s! :) She sounds really authentic. I don’t like Finbarr, he goes really off key… eek! Intro is waay to long on Tony’s, couldn’t be bothered waiting. Hayley gets my vote!

    You make an interesting point Elizabeth, and it deserves attention:

    As my wife Mel points out, there are systems in place that the administrators of the site use to confirm that the comments are not spam or duplicates. As well as specifying an email address when making a comment, I’d like to inform you that every computer has an independant IP address, it’s a bit like a fingerprint.
    Blog systems like this take that into account.
    The only “obvious” thing here is that I’m truly blessed with a great bunch of fans, mostly made up of friends and family who have been massively supportive to me in everything I do.
    I guess I’m lucky like that.

    Whether I win or not, I’d like to thank them all publicly here for their support:

    hi there just want to sort out the bickering i am a genuine voter and feel comments such as someone is terrible are uncalled for, it’s plainly obvious finbarr along with hayley are the strongest of the bunch!

    Fantastic performance from Finbarr Smith. There are some pretty weak performances on here but that takes nothing away from the way FS delivers the vocals. Definitely a deserving winner!
