Anglian Building Products Win Lucrative Deal

Anglian Building Products, the commercial division of Anglian Home Improvements has been awarded the contract of replacing council houses old, dilapidated windows in Norwich.

Connaught were contracted to replace 16,000 households the windows, but sadly went into administration last autumn in a midst of the programme, leaving some people without a job and others without new windows.

Norwich City Council has now agreed to commit £7.2 million for Anglian Building Products to get the job done. The teams going out to put in the new double glazed units will take about 18 months to complete them all.

At least some of the people in need will have new windows in time for the cold, winter months.
