Anglian Employees 10k Runway Run

This Sunday 25th September, 3 Anglian employees are taking part in the 10k Runway Run at Tibenham Airfield, in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

David Downes, Steve McGillivray and Joe Snowdon are the participants taking part, but not all of them have trained! I spoke to David earlier who told me that he was excited at the prospect of running 10k, but now it is this weekend, he is a little nervous!

So far, David hasn’t practised very often, but he has had a brief run on the treadmill, managing to complete 5k in 28 minutes, which is quite impressive.

Anglian Home Improvements have generously sponsored the team £100 for the run, which will all go to helping keep the East Anglian Air Ambulance flying high.
