During this dark and cold winter, experts are advising British property owners to install insulation to ensure that their homes are warm.

Anna Marie carried on to say “Not only will this help homeowners lower their heating bills, but will provide them with a far more comfortable living environment.”
According to Ms DeSouza, it’s rather pointless spending thousands of pounds on a brand new heating system unless there is insulation that has been installed within the household, to stop excess heat from escaping through the walls and roof.
Just by topping up your existing loft insulation to 270mm, could save families up to £140 a year on heating bills!
Apart from installing insulation in your home, new double glazing products (such as our EcoGain windows) is also vital to ensure heat is not lost through sub-standard windows and cracks in framework.
The British are also being asked to block up draughts and make sure that their doors are in good condition to withstand winter weather and prevent the cold from coming through.
