Green Deal Will Focus on Vulnerable Families

According to climate change minister Greg Barker, the most vulnerable families will be given help under the Green deal to retrofit their home.

Energy Company Obligation could be prioritising home improvements such as casement windows, new doors and general insulation.

“The Green Deal will be the biggest home improvement programme since the Second World War.” Not my words, they are Mr Barker’s. Pretty big statement to make though so it better be followed through!

He carried on saying “I am pleased the United Kingdom Accreditation Service will meet the necessary standards.”

David Jullien, the Chief Executive for comparison site Act on Energy, recently indicated that insulating homes is one of the best ways to reduce the cost of gas and electricity bills. I wonder if he has thought about installing our EcoGain windows then?

Anglian Home Improvements have been successfully selling home improvement products for over 40 years.
